Item Description

A large collection of 18th & 19th century carved marble decorative elements, the majority would of been sections to fire places from the Regency Period to the early Victorian era and the odd section from architectural features interior and exterior

The sections are extremely well carved, crisp and have a good decorative patina, some minor nibbles to the edgers and the odd touch of weathering from the elements. Plenty of elderly repairs and later brass hanging hooks for wall mounted.

Sold in small groups, pairs and odd singles. If you require extra photos please do get in contact and we can send a link over.

A collection of 8 finely carved marble elements with an organic feel 5 of the sections have a small brass hanging hoop for wall mounting, the other 3 are standing elements

A trio of marble elements with extremely well cast bronze appliqués with an organic feel Each section has a good decorative patina, one of the metal sections is gilt brass. Dating from the late 18th to early 19th century and English in origin.

The sections are extremely well carved, crisp and have a good decorative patina, some minor nibbles to the edgers and a touch of weathering from the elements. An elderly repair is visible, also a section of the grey marble is missing English in origin.

incomplete example is 27/15/6cm.
