Ink and watercolour postcard of Mount Fuji at sunrise, posted almost 120 years ago from Tokyo to Europe. The view is framed with a beautifully patterned pair of curtains and pelmet.

Dated 1906 unfortunately I'm unable to decipher the note itself.

Age related discolouration and browning to the card, housed in a period ebonised and gilt slip frame.
