A circa 1820 Regency gilt convex mirror of grand proportions and typically form.
Ebonised reeded slip, applied gilt spheres and surmounted by an eagle perched with its wings spread holding a ball and chain.
The bottom of the mirror is decorated with two entwined serpents, the original mirror plate is highly decorative with its oxidised, distressed ghostly appearance.
