Designed for the affluent 19th-century table, this set of 8 plus 1 knives showcases exceptionally rare, hand-carved onyxhandles with finely worked silver-gilt blades stamped ‘Paris’. A striking testament to historic European luxury, these pieces remain as beautifully functional today for the starter, cheese, or dessert course as they were two centuries ago.


Every knife is completely unique, offering a distinct tactile and visual experience for the collector or dinner guest. All are in good working condition, but the extra knife shows more use with a cracked onyx handle but still solid.
