A splendidly quirky pair of Art Deco hand painted Pebble mantle vases, by Sylvacl England, Circa 1930s. This smart pair would look fabulous filled with flowers, but look stunning filled with utensils or as an unusual accent on a fire mantle or sideboard. Since these are hand pained, each is slightly different. These are particularly pretty when filled with Spring bulbs.
