A fabulously unusual and rare, English Art Deco silver plated giant double sided hip flask, with excellent makers mark for James Dixon & Sons Ltd, Sheffield, Circa 1940. This fun piece of vintage barware is numbered "1" and "2" on each side and has twin cork lined twist caps. The initials WRB are to the front and the makers mark to the base. In good condition, one side is concave compared to the other side. Each side holds approx 560ml (or 1 pint), so a hefty 2 pints can be stored, making this an excellent sporting flask for spirits or wine.
