An Imposing Victorian Pine Estate Housekeeper’s Cupboard of Grand Proportions


A rare survivor from a bygone age, and highly unusual to find in this scale. Conveniently breaks down into three pieces for transport and installation.


The upper section is topped with a smart, architectural-style cornice. Below, two large panelled sliding doors with brass pulls enclose four generous shelves.


The lower half features four short drawers above two medium-sized drawers and one large drawer, which has been thoughtfully compartmentalised. All drawers retain their original turned handles with central ebonised decoration.


The whole piece stands on an attractive apron plinth with four short feet.


A wonderfully functional piece of antique furniture, with a warm, neutral tone.


In good condition for its age with typical signs of age and use. Has an old spliced repair to one back leg. Lovingly cleaned, refreshed, and finished with a traditional beeswax polish.


Stately, spacious, and ready to serve its new home.
