CONDITION REPORT


Good structural condition. Some cut outs for skirting boards. The sides are irregularly cut. It would benefit from being reduced in depth by 2cm to the sides and the shelf or set 2cm into a wall. There are lots of small surface knocks and scratches. Nail holes etc.
