This large antique wrought iron pedestrian gate is a superb addition to any garden with its handsome scrollwork and impressive scale. Circa 1850, this wide garden side gate is over 170 years old and has stood the test of time, the elaborate craftsmanship offering a glimpse into 19th century England. CONDITION REPORT

Good structural condition. Old paint. Minor rust in places. We believe that this gate is galvanised. Working latch. Parts of original hinges. There is a horizontal strengthening bar across the top and a vertical one on the latch side. Some bends.
