A smart neoclassical style antique wooden fireplace dating from the early 20th century. This simple surround is made in pine with a waxed finish and centres around elaborate limewood carvings across the frieze including floral swags and a neoclassical style urn to the tablet. Further detailed with lambs tongue and egg and dart carving for a highly decorative finish.
