Item Details

A mid 19th Century adjustable campaign chair. In mahogany with brass mounted ratchets to alter the height and angle of the chair and with buttoned leather upholstered seat and arm pads. Original design attributed to J. Herbert McNair who was part of the Glasgow group known as ''The Four''. In very good condition. 960mm high, 680mm wide and 850mm deep. (Dimensions variable) Circa 1860.
