Published during March the year following the Victory won in 1798. Offered is a Proof copy of this sheet with a fine stipple engraved portrait of the Admiral after the painting by Lemuel Francis Abbott within a laurel wreath frame set amongst trophies of war above the battle scene.


Within a good replica of a correct Georgian print frame, ebonized and with a thin gilt sight edge.
