A 19th century pastry cutter and jigger, the wheel having an edge made of hollow-domed cups which will produce a bead or berry; the cutter a holly leaf.


A similar model, No. 129 in Michael Finlay's 'Pastry Jiggers and Pastry Printers', described as 'rare late Georgian', 'early 19th century or perhaps slightly earlier'.
