Item Details

A pair of Elizabeth II limed oak Coronation stools, made by Glenister of High Wycombe. These beautiful stools were used at the Queen’s coronation in 1953. Having dished seats with the original blue velvet covering and gold trim. Raised on chamfered limed oak legs with good colour and both very firm standing. Branded with the ‘ER' cypher and maker to the underside. English, 1953.
