Item Description
A large quality hand forged circular bench of two parts. The two benches when bolted together make a perfect circle to wrap around a feature tree or may simply stand alone. Craftsman made mid 20th century as a copy to a traditional 19th century design. Superb strong curved strapwork seat with an upright curved back. Each bench being supported by four curvaceous wrought iron legs with scrolled feet rising up as back supports terminating with a top scroll. The original green painted surface has gathered historical wear over the past decades but sound and still holds good strong colour. An extremely sturdy tree bench with immense style and charm. 170 cm wide x 170 cm deep 89 cm high. Tree hole diameter 51 cm.
