Item Description
An exceptional and rare pair of 19th century cast iron buckets, believed to have originally been well buckets, and in untouched condition. They are very large and make excellent and unusual planters or wood and kindle containers for beside the fireplace. With the handles up, they make for a very impressive sight and can just see them with ivy or such like overflowing the rims and growing up the handles.
They are approx 16" to the top of the bucket and 29" to the top of the handle when up. Diameter is 16".
