A super pair of true Art Deco armchairs C1930 in tailored loose covers of floral design from a large Welsh residence - being one owner pieces.
Likely a matter of taste but these are rather lovely in scale and design - we have an, easy on the eye, curve to those arms, a great looking “headrest” and as mentioned they are of larger scale than most. The tailored fitted loose covers in a bouquet of English flowers, very Sanderson in look and feel work well with the chairs - very country house.
Condition is fine for the age - the cotton pleated covers are in very good order, perfectly usable. The chairs are very weighty and with the original fabric underneath which is tired, frayed and worn. The chairs are good to sit in, soft and comfy with sprung seats etc. We do have the sofa in the same design if you wish for a set.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
