Circa 1880. Pair of Meiji period Imari vases recently converted to lamps, the tapering fluted bodies with a curvaceous neck with classic Imari patterns throughout using bold colours of red and cobalt blue, the top with a stepped brass cap and fluted upright with lamp holder, finished with gold fabric covered flex with an inline switch.
