This is a set of vintage Dunhill pens. A German, gilt metal fountain and felt-tip pen, dating to the late 20th century, circa 1980.

Upon purchase of the celebrated Montblanc pen company in the 1980s, Alfred Dunhill of London leveraged the expertise and craftsmanship to launch their own line of bespoke luxury pens.

Striking golden tones exude quality and class for the executive desk
Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order - require filling for use
Striking gilt metal finish to the steel body, with distinctive pattern
Each lid with Dunhill engraved to the clip, further engraved Germany and with AD maker's mark

The fountain pens based on the Montblanc Noblesse, with Dunhill's own Parallel Line pattern
Both dressed with 14 carat gold '585' hallmarked nibs
Accepts a short international standard ink cartridge (38mm variety)

Fibre-tip pen includes the original Dunhill 709 insert, made in West Germany
Current cartridge dimensions of 111mm long, with a 6mm diameter
Accepts Euro-format inserts, the original spring present
