Item Description
Chinese bronze champleve planter bowl circa late 19th Century. Could possibly be Japanese in the Chinese style from the same period. There is a character seal mark on the base.
Would look amazing in the right location. Best colour and patina. Rare large size and design.
Overall maximum dimensions: 33cm diameter x 20cm high. Weighs 3.5Kg.
In good antique condition, with minor historic knocks, marks and repairs as is typical, nothing bad. Some pitting to the enamel, which again is typical. Probably not watertight, so should be used with a liner.
