Burr elm cross banded top with moulded edge above 2 long and 2 short burr elm cross banded drawers. The central section with 3 graduated burr elm cross banded drawers flanked by panelled cupboard doors with marquetry inlaid star. Original brass handles. Excellent colour and patination.
The moulded oak panelled sides with moulded detail to the frame and pinned construction speak to the meticulous craftsmanship of the era. The outstanding rich warm colour and patina of the elm wood reflect its well-preserved condition and add a sense of warmth and history to any space.
