Item Description
Edwardian Neoclassical revival lamp base with ram’s‑head details. c.1905
A finely cast silvered‑metal lamp base in the Neoclassical revival manner, set on its original turned wooden plinth. The baluster stem is dressed with crisp ram’s‑head mounts, a direct nod to late‑18th‑century classical ornament. A solid, well‑proportioned base with good weight and presence - ideal for pairing with a simple shade to let the detailing speak.
Rewired with 2m of black twisted flex and BS 3-pin plug.
