An exceptionally elegant hand‑carved alabaster plafonnier pendant light, c.1910.
Formed from fine white alabaster with beautifully pronounced natural marbling that deepens in character when illuminated. The dish-shaped bowl hangs from its original delicately hand‑cut copper chain, complete with integral decorative hooks, hanger and ceiling hook. A timeless early 20th‑century piece that brings a warm, ambient glow to any interior. Minor age‑related surface marks present, as well as a historically repaired crack.
Rewired with black twisted flex.
