A scarcely seen trio of mid‑century entomological teaching aids. Czech, c.1960.
Cast in resin and mounted on ebonised wooden blocks, each specimen sits within a finely modelled forest‑floor tableau. The mushrooms are exceptionally well rendered, with crisp detailing and accurate form. The wooden mounts retain their original colour‑coded numbers, used to teach which species were poisonous.
