A large 19th Century French artist's easel constructed in oak. With wind-up handle and various other gadgetry for positioning a painting. This was obviously a much loved tool for a working artist, evident by it's aged and used condition after many years of use. Now looking for a new master/mistress to continue it's important supporting role in an aspiring artist's life and career. Circa 1860.
