A super true Art Deco sofa C1930 in tailored loose covers of floral design from a large Welsh residence - being a one owner piece.
Likely a matter of taste, but it's of a rather lovely scale and design - we have an, easy on the eye, curve to the arms, a great looking “headrest” and is a little larger than most. The tailored fitted loose cover in a bouquet of English flowers, very Sanderson in look and feel works well - very country house.
Condition is fine for the age - the cotton pleated covers are in very good order, perfectly usable. The sofa is very weighty and with the original fabric underneath which is tired, frayed and worn. The sofa is good to sit in, soft and comfy with a sprung seat etc. We do have the matching pair of armchairs in the same design if you wish for a set.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
