A super little side cupboard and matching cane seat chair ‘Gaylayde’ by B Cohen & Sons of London. Dating to C.1930 and of super quality, it features intricate geometric inlaid bandings in mahogany, satinwood, ebony and walnut to both pieces, lovely design and possesses great features.
The little cupboard would work well in a bedroom, bathroom or hall and the chair likewise. Both pieces sit in good order with historic wear - the cane seat is in good order and both pieces are ready to place in your home. The cupboard benefits from a toughened glass top.
