A Handsome Golden Oak Single Pedestal Desk C1910
A rather good looking Arts & Crafts inspired English oak leather topped desk in lovely condition. This one's just about the right size with its flight of 3 drawers which is topped with a typing slide alongside a useful longer drawer.
It's certainly a handsome little desk with its well shaped oak feet, tooled leather insert top, decorative drawer fronts, panelled sides and back and the overall scale. We also have a working lock and key to the long drawer. Condition is good with sensible historic wear and we have cleaned and ensured the desk is ready for placing. No makers mark but very much Angus of London in quality.
