Attractive Mid Century Bureau Desk With Drawers By John Herbert for Younger

Super quality and look on this John Herbert designed piece from renowned British maker Younger. This one is from the Volnay range and sits in solid Afromosia with the maker's badge to the back of the top drawer. The design and craft was characterized by its clean lines, minimalist aesthetic, and the use of solid wood and was considered a premium product, often more expensive than other contemporary ranges. The piece being of smaller scale than some with the ability to fit into a smaller space if required.

Condition is good - a one owner piece with only light sensible wear - please note the mark to the sides is the grain not a fault. We have carefully cleaned and ensured the piece is ready to place and enjoy.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Isles and for World-wide shipping.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
