Founders Antiques is a UK-based online dealer specialising in fine antique furniture, with a particular focus on traditional English period pieces. We work with private clients, interior designers and boutique hospitality clients furnishing characterful period interiors.

Steve is a second-generation antiques dealer who grew up around his father’s auction house and antique shop in the West Midlands. After gaining commercial and ecommerce experience outside the trade, he returned to antiques with a clear aim: to make good antique furniture easier, clearer and more enjoyable to buy online.

Built from the ground up as an online antiques business, Founders combines a carefully chosen collection of antique furniture with a straightforward, hassle-free buying experience. Delivery is included to the majority of the UK, the price shown is usually the price paid.

Our stock ranges from the 17th century to the early 20th century, with an emphasis on timeless, practical pieces for real homes.
