Stockholm Made Bespoke Gustavian Wardrobe

Our extraordinary grand scale 'Gothenburg' double wardrobe features; an overhanging pediment cornice with recessed dentil frieze detail, over two pairs of classic Gustavian style double inset panelled vertical reeded doors, framed by fluted columns, and raised on elegant square tapered & fluted feet with decorative shaped apron. Internally the two wardrobe sections can be configured to your exact specification, including any combination of hanging rails, adjustable height shelving & internal drawers as required. Available in a range of twenty authentic Swedish hand painted patinas. Please note that as the 'Gothenburg' wardrobe is hand made to order, we can make it in a custom size to suit your project. To facilitate delivery and make installation upstairs much easier, this wardrobe comprises of four individually hand built sections that lock securely together in situ; a single top pediment cornice, two seperate double wardrobe sections with removable doors, and a single bottom apron section with six integral feet. An incredible Swedish artisan made cabinet that would make a magnificent statement in any room, whilst providing enormous amounts of flexible storage, and ease of delivery and installation.

Our furniture and designs are frequently imitated by manufacturers in the UK and the Far East, but there really is no substitute for the quality, finesse and beauty of authentic Gustavian furniture, handmade to order in Sweden.

Copies of our furniture often cut corners with; inferior construction materials, poor joinery techniques, clumsy & innacurate carving or stuck-on architrave, with cheap household hinges and handles, and inferior paint and patina.

Please Note: We cannot compete on price with these items, without compromising on the quality and finish of our own pieces, which we would never do.
