Circa 1860 with adaptations. Mid Victorian figured mahogany tall, 3-section open breakfront bookcase. Surmounted by a classical architectural cornice above flame mahogany frieze over the three bookcase sections, deeper in the central section, each with five adjustable shelves and flanked by simple mahogany pilasters, all on a fluted simple base over neat bun feet. Attractive and functional - would suit a contemporary or traditional home.
