Circa 1830. Rare breakfront Regency rosewood open bookcase with gilded pilasters. The breakfront top in figured rosewood with a crossbanded fore-edge above three open bookcase sections, wider centrally; all flanked and divided by pilasters with gilded capitals and acanthus bases. Each bookcase with two adjustable moulded-front shelves, sitting on a moulded enclosed plinth base.
