Item Description

A beautiful pair of hand carved Italian console tables with the original paint and mirror plates.

Made in the 19th century in the Rococo style, characterized by ornate, curving lines and elaborate carved details.
Made from carved wood, with the original paint and mirror plates.

Each table has intricate carved motifs centered on the apron and cabriole legs with scroll feet, typical of Italian Rococo furniture.
A distinctive feature on the back panels are the lattice (trellis-style) mirrored backs, which adds depth and reflective interest.

Each piece includes a lower shelf that follows the serpentine front edge of the table top, along with a hidden drawer.

These tables are great examples of 19th-century Italian craftsmanship. They would suit elegant traditional interiors—especially those leaning toward antique, Italian, or French country decor.
