Circa 1830s French cotton quilt blockprinted with a dense pattern of madder red, green and soft blue boteh/paisley centred motifs against a dark brown ground.The revers a cotton print of red flowers on meandering branches against a soft saffron yellow ground.
In a good as found antique condition with one or two stitched repairs on the paisley side.
