Rare circa 1780s French toile de Nantes, possibly by Manufacturer Petitpierre Frères, a printed and quilted cotton pelmet of stylised madder red roses with bleu de pastel leaves on meandering thorny branches.
Alternating with a diamod roses patterned stripe.The pelmet is made up of several pieced together sections
In an overall good but unlaundered condition with a small small old repair along the top edge.
