Item Description
Pair of 1920s French mirrors with narrow, outcurving, silverleafed frames. Where the mirrors have been dusted for 100 years or so, the silverleaf has thinned in places, revealing the black bole beneath giving the mirror frames an attractive patina. The 19th century mirror plates have the merest hint of age and these mirrors give an excellent reflection. The manufacturer's labels show that the frames were made in Vendome.
