Cornice Carved with Scottish Thistle & Leaf decoration.
Beaded Detail Beneath,
2 Doors with inset Mahogany Panels. 4 circular Patreas on front
Working lock & Key, open to reveal fitted 30 drawers to hold coins.
Mahogany Drawers with fine cut dove tails, Brass Knobs,
Plinth with Gadrooned & Fleur de lys carving.
Dark Stain to carcass of chest
Each Drawer 1&2 to hold 28 coins 5.5cm diameter
Each Drawer 3 -16 to hold 40 coins 4.5 cm diameter
Each Drawer 17-28 to hold 60coins 3.5cm diameter
Each Drawer 29 & 30 plain velvet lined
