Item Description
These cushions are made from a vintage Zhuang Nung wedding blanket. The blanket is hand loomed in thick cotton and has an iconic design from the Nung ethnic group within the Zhuang minority. It is known as salt and pepper. I absolutely love it and have bought several blankets in different colours. The colours on this blanket are light indigo, black, rust and off white. The blankets are woven on narrow looms, around 15" wide so the larger cushions have the seam of 2 panels to give a larger front. The cushions are backed with plain linen, and there are zip fasteners and deluxe feather pads.
