Item Description
This fabulous 19th century console/server started life slightly deeper in scale but has recently been reduced a little in depth making it a more practical size and therefore easier to place within the home.
The top consists of three long solid cherrywood timbers tightly closed together to form a perfectly flat surface, below are the three original well fitting drawers, a small central drawer with a longer drawer to either side, each one with its original turned wood handle. The whole piece stands firmly on square tapering solid cherrywood legs. Its simple lines are such that it will blend perfectly within the contemporary or period home. Beautifully seasoned over the past century and more to a deep golden colour together with a richly polished surface.
