A French cherrywood server of good proportions. The top to this stunning server consists of three long seasoned solid cherrywood timbers with pretty grain and knots throughout. Below are a run of three deep drawers each with the original antique French brass handle. Raised on four substantial solid cherrywood legs, slightly chamfered in design for just a little extra detail. Beautiful rich golden colour with historical patina. The three panelled polished back to this delightful piece is so designed to give the appearance of three dummy drawers so it may be pleasingly viewed from both sides. Professionally and carefully adapted from a slightly deeper serving table making it easier to place behind the sofa or indeed anywhere in the period or contemporary home.
