Item Description
ANTIQUE ARTS AND CRAFTS/ART NOUVEAU TEA SET
A matching tea set consisting of a teapot, sugar bowl and milk jug.
Of simple and stylish design, made from pewter with inset blue/green enamelled Ruskin Pottery cabochons.
All three pieces are fully stamped underneath with the crossed arrow makers mark for William Hutton & Co. also ‘Pewter’ and matching design numbers ‘03996’.
Dating from the early 20th century Edwardian period, circa 1900-1910 in date.
Probably retailed by either Connell of Cheapside or by Liberty & Co. London.
Overall the tea set is in good, original vintage condition, with no serious issues but signs of use throughout like small dings surface marks etc. The teapot has slightly more signs of wear than the other two pieces. The set could be polished to a higher shine if so desired.

Teapot - 17cm high x 21cm wide x 13cm deep.
Milk Jug - 7cm high x 9cm wide x 7cm deep.
Sugar Bowl - 6cm high x 13cm wide x 9cm deep.
