Alan Rankle (b. 1952, Oldham, England) is a highly collectable artist and curator whose practice explores historical, social and environmental themes through the lens of landscape. Since his first exhibition at the Institute of Contemporary Arts, London, in 1973 while studying at Goldsmiths College, he has worked across painting, photography, video, printmaking and architectural intervention, exhibiting internationally. Retrospectives of his work have been held at Gallery Oldham and Fondazione Stelline, Milan. His work has been widely commissioned and is held in major museum, corporate and private collections worldwide.
Kirsten Reynolds is an interdisciplinary artist whose work centres on revelation, reinterpreting classical and traditional themes through drawing, sculpture, installation, painting, print, photography and sound. Informed by historical, scientific and philosophical ideas about the natural world, her practice combines ancient and modern techniques and materials to create intuitive, highly personal works that challenge perception and tradition.
