A true pair of 19th century hall chairs attributed to Gillows. Having shaped backs with castellated and acanthus carving with trefoil piercings. The solid seats with a moulded edge and raised on reeded front legs with a splayed back leg. Lovely honey colour oak with original finish. Atb, English, Circa 1840.
