An incredibly charming scratch-built model of a sail boat. c.1930.
Proudly displayed on a wooden plinth labelled T.Wood Coal Merchant - a highly detailed and scaled hand-made model of a Thames barge. The underside has a pencil inscription - J Roach, Littlehampton, Xmas 1932.
A wonderful decorative piece.
