Vintage Spanish Gilt Mosaic Mirror With Arched Top – 1970S

A highly decorative vintage Spanish mirror featuring an elegant arched silhouette and an elaborate combination of gilt metalwork and mirrored mosaic detailing.

The large central mirror is surrounded by an openwork frame composed of narrow mirrored sections, richly decorated gilt borders and applied floral ornaments. Small individual mirror tiles follow the entire architectural outline of the frame, creating beautiful reflections as the light changes throughout the day.

The warm aged gold finish and intricate floral details give the piece a distinctly glamorous Mediterranean character, while its tall architectural form makes it particularly attractive above a console, fireplace or in an entrance hall.
