Item Description
Quality French walnut and marble top sideboard c.1930. Thick marble top with rounded projecting front corners and a moulded edge. Over three oak lined drawers and a three door cupboard fitted with a single long shelf inside (depth 16"). Decorative front with carved and moulded drawers and shaped and raised door panels carved with a basket of fruit to the centre. Note also the shaped bottom edges to the doors, an unusual feature. Original brass handles, escutcheon plates and hinges. Further carved detail to the corner pilasters and front feet and to the elaborately shaped apron at the front and sides. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied for the drawers and doors.
