Item Description
Very smart pair of French parquetry side tables c.1960. Ideal as bedsides or as lamp tables in a living room. Tops with quality trefoil pierced brass gallery to the sides and rear, over two small drawers. Serpentine shaped on all four sides and decorated all round with a repeated geometrical parquetry work pattern in contrasting woods inlaid into the walnut veneered ground. Decorative brass handles and brass mounts front and rear. Slim shaped legs joined with a useful low stretcher shelf, also with matching parquetry veneers, and with brass mounts to the feet. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
