Item Description
Set of four small limed oak dining chairs by heals of London c.1930. Solid oak frames with distinctive low backs with three curved rungs below the top rail. Removable seat pads (height 18") freshly upholstered in a grey linen cloth. Simple moulded detail to the frame around the seat. Legs joined with H stretchers for strength. Note how the oak is limed to emphasise the grain. Original Heal's Tottenham Court Rd label to the underside of the frame on all four chairs. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
