Item Description
Neat little late 19th.c. bamboo dressing table with drawers c.1890. Useful small size, just 29" wide. Original 12" x 18" bevelled mirror plate within a bamboo frame. Angle adjustable over small shelves and a small drawer over the main top. With two larger drawers in the base. Original hand painted lacquered or 'Japanned' panels to the shelves and top. Woven grass drawer fronts and sides with pine lining. Original brass handles. Some obvious wear to the lacquerwork, otherwise very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
